Pharmacokinetic amoxicillin is quite stable to gastric acid, which is absorbed by 74% ~ 92% of single stomach animals after internal administration.Gastrointestinal contents affect the absorption rate, but do not affect the degree of absorption, so mixed feeding can be given.At the same dose, amoxicillin serum concentration was 1.5 ~ 3 times higher than ampicillin.

【Drug interactions】

(1) when used together with aminoglycosides, the product can increase the concentration of aminoglycosides in bacteria, showing a synergistic effect.

(2) macrolides, tetracyclines, amido alcohols and other fast bacteriostatic agents can interfere with the bactericidal effect of this product, so it is not suitable for use.
