【Pharmacological action】 

Vitamin drugs. Vitamin C forms a reversible redox system in the body and deoxyvitamin C, which plays an important role in biological redox reactions and cellular respiration. Vitamin C is involved in amino acid metabolism and synthesis of neurotransmitters, collagen and tissue cell stroma. It can

reduce capillary permeability, promote iron absorption in the intestine, enhance the body's resistance to infection, and enhance liver detoxification ability. Vitamin C is easily absorbed in the small intestine after oral administration. It is widely distributed in systemic tissues. The plasma protein binding rate is about 25%. It is metabolized in the liver. Vitamin C is mainly excreted from the urine in the original form, and is metabolized to oxalic acid (oxalic acid) in excess.
